A loading program for impossible ideas.

The Construct is an independent product and software studio led by Geo Morjane. We turn ambiguous ideas into working systems — Salesforce transformations, websites, mobile apps, AI agents, and the integrations behind them.

Origin story

Why “The Construct”?

Our name is inspired by the Construct concept in The Matrix: a blank loading space where environments, equipment, and simulations can be created on demand. It is a powerful metaphor for how we build — start with possibility, define the rules, then load what the mission needs.

We bring that same mindset to product work. The screen begins empty. The problem may be ambiguous. Inside the Construct, ideas become systems you can see, test, and ship.

// operating philosophy
input  = ambiguous_idea;
space  = possibility;
rules  = redefine(constraints);
output = shipped_product;
// anything the mission needs
Load capabilities

Product engineering for teams that need to move.

We work best as an embedded partner: writing the spec, designing the flows, building the software, and handing it back with documentation your team can maintain.

Execution protocol

A four-phase engagement, shipped in weeks, not quarters.

Every engagement follows the same rhythm. You get a real prototype in week one and production software before the retainer ends.

01

Discover

Kickoff, stakeholder interviews, and a written product brief. We name the problem, the metric, and the shape of the solution.

02

Design

Lo-fi flows, then a hi-fi prototype in Figma or code. You touch a working artifact before we commit to a build plan.

03

Build

Weekly ship cadence. You get access to the repo, previews on every branch, and a Loom review each Friday.

04

Hand off

Documentation, runbooks, and a 30-day support window. Your team owns the codebase from day one.

Loaded programs

Recent projects across Salesforce, web, mobile, and AI.

A representative sample of client and in-house work. Full case studies available on request under NDA.

Small, senior, and hands on the keys.

The Construct is intentionally boutique. The person you meet on the first call is the same person writing your PRD and reviewing your pull requests.

Frequently asked

A few common questions.

How do engagements typically start?

Every engagement begins with a 30-minute intro call at no cost, followed by a written proposal with fixed scope, timeline, and price. Most projects run four to twelve weeks.

Do you work on retainer?

Yes. After an initial build, roughly half of clients continue on a monthly retainer for iteration, on-call support, and ongoing product work.

Where are you based?

The Construct is headquartered in San Francisco, California. We work remote-first with clients across North America and coordinate on Pacific hours.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes — a mutual NDA is standard before any client information is shared, and every engagement includes IP assignment on delivered work.

Do you publish on the App Store?

Yes. We publish first-party apps under The Construct's Apple Developer account and can also ship iOS apps under a client's own developer account when preferred.
