The Construct is an independent product and software studio led by Geo Morjane. We turn ambiguous ideas into working systems — Salesforce transformations, websites, mobile apps, AI agents, and the integrations behind them.
Our name is inspired by the Construct concept in The Matrix: a blank loading space where environments, equipment, and simulations can be created on demand. It is a powerful metaphor for how we build — start with possibility, define the rules, then load what the mission needs.
We bring that same mindset to product work. The screen begins empty. The problem may be ambiguous. Inside the Construct, ideas become systems you can see, test, and ship.
We work best as an embedded partner: writing the spec, designing the flows, building the software, and handing it back with documentation your team can maintain.
Custom, high-craft marketing sites and content platforms built for performance, accessibility, and SEO — not templates.
SwiftUI and React apps for real product work — dashboards, portals, consumer utilities, and internal tools with real backends.
Practical AI agents, MCP servers, and workflow automation grounded in real business systems rather than demos.
Fractional product leadership for founders who need clarity: discovery, PRDs, roadmaps, and cross-functional program management.
We help SaaS leaders redesign the revenue system around Salesforce — connecting product strategy, operating models, customer journeys, and implementation governance from lead through renewal.
Transformation strategy from opportunity through quote, order, billing, renewal, and expansion.
Product leadership for complex pricing, approvals, renewals, and cross-functional sales workflows.
Self-service buying experiences that connect digital storefronts with assisted selling and fulfillment.
Platform and process modernization across onboarding, professional services, adoption, and expansion.
Human-in-the-loop automation for quoting, renewal exceptions, approvals, and revenue operations.
Credentials maintained through April 16, 2027. The Construct is led by a Salesforce-certified principal and is not currently an official Salesforce partner. Salesforce is a trademark of Salesforce, Inc.

Weekly ship cadence. You get access to the repo, previews on every branch, and a Loom review each Friday.
Documentation, runbooks, and a 30-day support window. Your team owns the codebase from day one.

Transformation strategy and business requirements for moving an enterprise onboarding organization from professional-services tooling to a modern customer-success and product-adoption platform.
A public home for free, community-driven gatherings in San Francisco, bringing upcoming events, RSVPs, media, social updates, and facilitator support into one welcoming experience.
The Construct is intentionally boutique. The person you meet on the first call is the same person writing your PRD and reviewing your pull requests.
Geo is a product and transformation leader with 15+ years across Lead-to-Opportunity, Quote-to-Cash, Customer Success, Salesforce consulting, SaaS platforms, and AI-enabled GTM operations. He founded The Construct as a home for hands-on product and software work — building the kind of small, sharp systems he wanted to work on personally.
He works out of San Francisco and leads every engagement personally, bringing in a trusted bench of designers and specialist engineers when a project calls for it.
Every engagement begins with a 30-minute intro call at no cost, followed by a written proposal with fixed scope, timeline, and price. Most projects run four to twelve weeks.
